The Vancouver Real Estate market is still moving despite the American real estate market trend.  We have a unique positioning in the world in that most people want to move or retire to a safe, environmentally friendly, beautiful part of the world and nowhere fits the bill better than Vancouver!  With CMHC indicating that values are to go up another 8-10% and Royal LePage saying at least 4-5% we have an even chance of the market increasing by at lease 6-7% during the start of the new year.
