With your approval, I conduct strategically planned "open houses" for the general public as well as "sneak peeks" to get the public excited about viewing your home before the weekend opens. I create urgency by hosting two initial public open houses and having all of the properties documentation ready for a buyer to write an offer. Further showings are coordinated with plenty of notice and approval by you. I will personally be there at every showing as we believe this is one of the most important aspects of selling your home. Just having a knowledgeable agent there to answer questions and point out the best features of the home can and does make a tremendous difference in a sale and the sale price of your home.

After all our initial open houses and showings, I provide you with feedback and track and report all prospective buyer activity to you regularly. If you do not wish for us to host open houses I can discuss alternative selling strategies with you.
