Step #1: Mortgage - Get Pre-Approved!
In order to start our search we must determine what price range you are able to afford. We suggest finding a mortgage broker that you are comfortable working with, and one that ensures you are getting today's best interest rates! Have a look here for some names and phone numbers of mortgage brokers that we are currently working with.
Once you have been pre-approved we can begin our search!
Step #2: Home Search
To start off our search we have prepared a Buyer's Profile Form for you to complete and send back to us. This form outlines exactly what you are looking for including an 'A' List that allows you to select everything from exposure, in-suite laundry, pets, rentals, outdoor space, to every and any sub-area in Vancouver. Once you have completed this form, we set up a meeting with you to get acquainted and start our search! We first take you out to a select few properties to get a good understanding of what it is that you are looking for. From here we attend the mid-week morning open houses for agents only to preview properties that may or may not suite you. This way, we take all the work out of you having to search for the perfect home or investment.
Each week we prepare a list of properties that would fit your needs and set up appointments for you to view them at your convenience.
