APARTMENT PROPERTIES
- increase of 18.3 percent in the sales of apartment properties
- increase of 14.1 percent in the average value of apartment properties
ATTACHED PROPERTIES
- increase of 27.3 percent in the sales of attached properties
- increase of 10.6 percent in the average value of attached properties
DETACHED PROPERTIES
- increase of 27.7 percent in the sales of detached properties
- increase of 10.2 percent in the average value of detached properties
